Terms & Conditions of Sale
- Payment must be made by cheque or by direct credit to our Bank Account 03-0855-0440458-00. The goods will not be despatched until our bank account is credited or the cheque cleared. Product specifications and prices may change from time to time without notice. We will advise you of any change when you place your order.
- Prices exclude postage or freight. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.
- If on receipt of your goods you find that the goods are not suited for the purpose intended, you may return the goods in original condition and packing within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you the cost of the goods but not the cost of freight or packaging. You will not receive a refund if the goods are damaged in any way or if you have made use of the goods other than to assess whether they are satisfactory or if you have used the goods incorrectly.
- Goods should be returned in their original packaging, with any instruction sheets, at your cost.
- Some items that, for hygiene reasons, it is impractical to return/refund, are not covered by this 7 day money-back guarantee.
- All goods have a minimum 12 month guarantee, some are more where indicated.
- Please note that this guarantee does not apply to abnormal, incorrect or negligent use of the goods, damage caused as a result of fair wear and tear or where you have given us incorrect or misleading information on how you are going to use the goods.
